In order to validate your online reservation, a credit card imprint will be requested.

This will only serve as a guarantee. No amount will be charged before your activity.

In the event of cancellation on your part, the cancellation costs will be calculated as follows:

30% of the total amount for cancellation fees will be retained from the 1st day of the reservation to 31 days before the date of the activity,

50% of the global amount for cancellation fees will beretained if the cancellation is made 30 to 21 days before the date of the activity,

80% of the total amount for cancellation fees will be retained if the cancellation is made 20 days before the date of the activity,

100% of the total amount for cancellation fees will be retained if the cancellation is made within 48 hours before the date of the activity.

No fees will be retained if cancellation for health reasons (Covid).

In the event of cancellation for climatic reasons, we will offer you another replacement activity or another day so that you can postpone it. If this is not possible, no fees will be retained in the event of cancellation for weather reasons.
